By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Visitor agrees that Edustudies Centre will manage the data provided during the user registration (name, surname, email address, phone number, bank payment card data, as well as feedback provided by the user) and will process for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and legal acts. 3.d. We use and process user Personal Data (name, surname, email address) for direct marketing purposes on the basis of the user's consent, which is expressed when the user fills out forms on our Website.

4.b.(i). Edustudies Centre collects your Personal Data via your submission of our Lead Forms and your use of our social media pages. From your subscription to any of our emailing lists, when you express your interest in attending one of our webinars and when you participate in an online survey or polls.
